Perimenopause can be an incredible time of your life! There is so much available to you.
Suzannah Bianco -
So thrilled you are here to learn about how empowered you can be during Perimenopasue!
I’m an adventurer who believes in living life to the fullest!
I treasure God, my family, time with friends, travel, animals, anything in the ocean, the sunset, having FUN, good music, nerd reading, movement of many types, and helping women learn how to feel incredible as they go through perimenopause.
I started Artistic (formerly “Synchronized”) Swimming back in the 80’s when lot’s of things were cool. I loved it because it was fun, felt good and I was good at it.
We trained with:
Excellence as the goal,
Hard work as the tool and
Creativity as the inspiration.
I won an Olympic Gold Medal in 1996!

Where to go from there? I started performing with Cirque Du Soleil in 1997 and finished in 2021. Yep!
Over 23 years and 11,000 shows.
I figured out how to “be” onstage and let each show be it’s own magical experience. How to be present and really enjoy the unique space of performance and camaraderie with my castmates.
In other words, I found out how to instantly step in Flow State.

While in Cirque, I had 2 children, went through a divorce, picked up my pieces. Through support, hard work and seeking joy and fullness, my pieces turned into a mosaic. I am still happily a work of art in progress.
One of my pieces I transformed was my health. I was exhausted, doing 10 shows a week, working out 3x a week, and was still 15 lbs over my desired weight, brain fogged, achy, chronically sleep deprived and flat lined in creativity and vitality. Anyone with me?
I found support outside of conventional medicine (because they didn’t know what was up) and was treated for adrenal dysfunction. It took time, and I could not follow the standard recommendations of light exercise (walking, maybe yoga) because I was still doing 10 shows a week.
By prioritizing recovery, nourishing my body with food that supported it, smart supplementation, and getting my MINDSET adjusted, I brought my body back to health and thriving.
In this process, I became Certified Health Coach and sought additional certifications in hormone training and balancing. I studied a lot (and still do).
I am here, so I can share with you, encourage you, coach you and lead you to discover what is possible for you.
With love ~ Suzannah
